Sales Representative

Responsibilities include:
  • Build on and maintain relationships with existing contacts and accounts.
  • Emphasis on expanding sales and further developing existing territory (Minneapolis metropolitan area, Minnesota, Eastern Iowa, North and South Dakota).
  • Coordinate supporting of accounts utilizing various company resources and departments.
  • Prospect and assist in generating new leads to develop new business – a minimum of 25% of the time.
  • Work with customer service representative(s) as a team in handling accounts and prospects
  • Work with VP of Sales to support efforts in overall sales growth.
  • Provide information to warehouse manager and purchasing that will help them make any necessary adjustments to inventory
  • Provide assistance in developing new products and ideas
  • Overnight travel – Approximately 25%
  • Perform other duties as described
  • Bachelor’s degree and Sales experience required.
  • Prior sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to lift 15lbs at a time.
